This accelerator is a collaborative effort involving Enterprise Singapore, Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, the Vietnam National Innovation Center, and the Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City.

Together, these organizations are creating an AI innovation corridor that connects Southeast Asia with Silicon Valley.

Target Audience and Support

The program is specifically designed for startups developing proprietary agentic AI products across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Local partners will provide customized support to participants, enhancing their chances of success in the competitive tech landscape.

Building on Past Success

This initiative builds on the success of previous Google for Startups Accelerator programs, which have already assisted over 200 early-stage startups in Southeast Asia.

These efforts have led to the creation of 11,300 jobs and raised an impressive $6.6 billion in funding since 2018.

Connecting Startups with Investors

The accelerator was launched during the Google for Startups Sprint event at Google’s Asia Pacific headquarters.

This event served as a platform to connect startups with investors and government leaders, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation.

Sami Kizilbash, Head of Developer Ecosystems, Asia Pacific at Google Cloud, emphasized the program's goal to help startups transition from product-market fit to international expansion.

This bespoke initiative aims to provide direct access to essential resources and global tech hubs, facilitating the commercialization of AI technologies.
