Sandbox Swapmeet draws growing crowds to Dubai World Trade Centre

Sandbox Swapmeet is under way at Dubai World Trade Centre with four days of comics, anime, gaming, trading cards, retro toys, art and cosplay. The home-grown convention is expected to welcome more than 16,000 visitors as fandom culture continues to expand in the UAE. Abu Dhabi-based Sandstorm Comics is the title sponsor, with single-day tickets from Dh35 and four-day passes at Dh100.
