SendTech Times

Editorial Guidelines / Corrections Policy

SendTech Times is an independent digital newsroom covering technology, finance, infrastructure and market change across Dubai, the Gulf and the wider MEA region.

Editorial Standards

  • We distinguish clearly between news, analysis, opinion and sponsored material.
  • We prioritise official sources, documented data, public statements and primary records wherever possible.
  • We do not publish sensitive claims or figures without a clear source.
  • We add practical Gulf and MEA context when covering global technology and market news.

Use of AI-Assisted Tools

SendTech Times may use AI-assisted editorial tools to help extract source information, prepare drafts, translate articles and run editorial safety checks. These tools must not add names, figures, contracts, customers, legal claims or market facts that are not present in the source material. Articles are checked for unsupported claims, excessive verbatim copying, internal annotation tags and draft-process language before publication.

Analysis and Context

When we add analysis, it must be grounded in source-backed facts or general industry context and written with appropriate caution. We avoid unsupported predictions and do not imply original attendance, interviews, filings or reporting access unless the source clearly supports that framing. We do not invent analyst, investor or local expert quotes.

Article Structure

Article structure varies by source type, such as flash updates, funding stories, product launches, cybersecurity alerts, policy coverage, market data or legal developments. We do not use one fixed template for every article, and we try to avoid generic analytical endings that do not add new information.

Multilingual Publishing

We publish in English and Arabic where possible. Arabic translations should preserve names, numbers, dates, currencies and units from the English article and must not introduce Arabic-only facts.

Corrections Policy

When we identify a material error in a name, number, date or context, we update the article and review the editorial record. If a change materially affects reader understanding, we may add a clarification or correction note. Correction requests can be sent to contact@stechtimes.com with the article URL, the disputed passage and supporting source material.
