ADCCI And Presight Put Sovereign AI Into Abu Dhabi SME Workflows
ADCCI and Presight are piloting agentic AI for Abu Dhabi SMEs, with more than 102,000 registered firms in the Chamber network and a roadmap to scale beyond the first cohort.

ADCCI Moves Sovereign AI Into SME Operations
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed a cooperation agreement with Presight to bring agentic AI into the emirate's small and medium-sized enterprise base.
The agreement gives the project a clear institutional owner: ADCCI controls the business network, while Presight brings applied AI systems built for operational use.
The rollout starts with a pilot cohort before a broader deployment plan.
Presight is expected to deliver AI capabilities to ADCCI's network of more than 102,000 registered SMEs, turning the programme into a test of whether sovereign AI can move beyond government and large-enterprise projects into everyday company workflows.
SME Numbers Put Scale Behind The Pilot
Abu Dhabi's SME base is large enough for the agreement to matter as economic infrastructure.
Smaller and mid-sized firms represent about 98 per cent of the emirate's businesses.
They also provide jobs for 46 per cent of the workforce and account for 42.8 per cent of non-oil GDP.
Those figures make the project more than a software procurement story.
If the pilot expands, AI adoption would touch companies that sit across supply chains, services and local industry, rather than staying inside a small group of technology buyers.
Presight Gets A Route Into Business Processes
The programme is designed to embed operational intelligence directly into business processes.
ADCCI and Presight frame the intended gains around productivity, decision-making and competitiveness, with the national programme for industrial capability and supply-chain strength sitting behind the agreement.
Presight also plans to provide digital agents that support human-centric processes.
ADCCI said the collaboration will give Abu Dhabi SMEs access to advanced technologies and create conditions for SMEs to grow, scale and compete internationally.
Adoption Has To Show Up Inside Companies
ADCCI did not name the pilot companies, set a commercial launch date for the wider rollout, or publish measured productivity results.
The agreement therefore remains a scale-up test, not proof that agentic AI has already changed SME performance.
For Abu Dhabi's digital economy, ADCCI and Presight now have to convert a government-backed AI framework into repeatable tools that smaller companies actually use inside procurement, service delivery, finance, sales and operations.
