Creatio Adds AI Agent Governance To 10x CRM Platform
No Jitter reported that Creatio 10x adds AI Studio, AI Twin and prebuilt CRM agents while keeping agent access under enterprise permissions and consumption guardrails. The report did not name customers, measured cost savings, consumption thresholds or independent security-audit results.

Creatio 10x builds AI agent creation, permission controls and consumption guardrails into the company's CRM platform instead of treating agents only as an add-on.
No Jitter reported that the Wednesday launch includes Creatio AI Studio, AI Twin and prebuilt agents for the broader CRM product.
AI Studio is aimed at IT staff who design, build, govern, secure and manage custom or prebuilt agents.
AI Twin lets desk workers create personal workflow agents through natural language while remaining inside enterprise security constraints.
Creatio 10x Adds AI Studio And AI Twin
The core CRM platform now includes prebuilt agents for department- and industry-level workflows.
Creatio Service ships with AI-powered web, video and text chat, an omnichannel desktop, service case management, knowledge management and related CRM capabilities.
Burley Kawasaki, senior vice-president of industries at Creatio, said the release collapses additional experiences into the base platform because AI should not be a bolt-on.
The 10x capabilities are immediately available.
Permissions And Audit Trails Limit Agent Access
The governance layer applies regardless of which foundation model is used.
Agents built on the platform inherit the user's permissions, so an AI Twin cannot access more data than the person it represents.
The platform also provides auditability and traceability.
Kawasaki's comments said personal agents still have to be managed with enterprise guardrails so they cannot expose company data.
Creatio can place guardrails around access, security and consumption.
Usage thresholds can be adjusted when teams use AI heavily or need tighter limits.
Unlimited Pricing Still Leaves Consumption Charges
No Jitter reported that Creatio's standard pricing has been unlimited since May.
Under that model, the company said there is no per user, per application, per workflow or per API cost.
Organisations still have to consider consumption charges as agents process work, the same interview said.
Creatio described that consumption as transparent.
Teams can use guardrails and thresholds to detect usage patterns.
Higher-use groups may keep or raise their limits, while lower-use groups may reduce them as companies gain experience applying AI to their work.
Customer Deployment Evidence Is Still Missing
The report documents a platform launch with named controls, agent products and pricing structure.
Creatio did not name customer deployments for 10x, measured cost savings, specific consumption thresholds or independent security-audit results for the new agent controls.
