Meta Pocket App Tests Prompt-Built Games In Social Feeds
Meta has launched Pocket, an AI platform for making and sharing prompt-built mini games and interactive apps, according to AI Times Korea. The limited app-store rollout uses technology from the acquired Gizmo team, but Meta has not named a global launch timetable or creator monetisation terms.

Meta Tests Prompt-Built Apps In A Social Feed
Meta has launched Pocket, an AI platform for creating and sharing mini games and interactive apps from text prompts, according to AI Times Korea.
The Korean report said Pocket is the first public sign of Meta's integration work with the former Gizmo development group.
Pocket lets users make, share and discover prompt-made mini games and interactive apps inside a social-style feed.
AI Times Korea said Meta uses the term Gizmos for playable AI-generated interactive experiences that can be shared with friends.
App Stores Show A Limited Rollout
App Store and Google Play listings for Pocket appeared on June 29, according to AI Times Korea.
Distribution remains limited to selected countries, and the report said United States users still do not have an official download route.
Meta has published help pages for Pocket, but AI Times Korea said the company has not yet formally announced the service.
Gizmo Technology Supplies The App Layer
The service draws on Atma Science's Gizmo platform, AI Times Korea reported.
Meta brought over the relevant development staff and obtained rights to use the technology before adapting it for Pocket.
The feature set is built around short prompts.
AI Times Korea described a user asking for a game that changes flowers into brushes for drawing, after which the system generates a small application with that behaviour.
Generated experiences can respond to touch input and device tilt, play sound effects and music, and use some camera, photo-album and environmental-recognition functions.
Appfigures Cited 635,000 Earlier Gizmo Downloads
Pocket keeps much of Gizmo's earlier interface, including prompt-based creation and browsing for user-made games and apps, according to AI Times Korea.
The report cited Appfigures for the earlier app's 635,000 iOS and Android downloads and its 98% satisfaction figure.
AI Times Korea presented those figures as earlier Gizmo usage data before Meta adapted the technology for Pocket.
The report also placed Pocket beside Meta's wider AI creation tools, naming Meta AI for images, Vibes for AI video and Edits for creator workflows.
Sekai Raised $20 Million As TikTok Tested Mini-Game Feed
AI Times Korea reported that prompt-made mini-game services are appearing in both major U.S. and Chinese markets.
The report cited startup Sekai's $20 million financing round and said TikTok has also tested a mini-game feed.
AI Times Korea placed Pocket beside other prompt-made mini-game services in the U.S. and China.
AI Times Korea did not identify Pocket's full country availability list, disclose a global launch timetable, or name monetisation terms for creators.
